Holidays at The Viewpointe are always special! Have you ever seen such a tall tree in a lobby?!
The Social room, Dining room, and hallways are always decorated. The residents decorate their own doorways too! I wrapped garland and bright lights around my banister, with a wreath on my door. It is fun to see all the unique decorations that reflect the diversity of my neighbors here.
Our bistro is well stocked with coffee and baked goodies, so watching the big screen TV there is always a treat.
Dinner last night started with a visit from Santa. Many residents had relatives visiting and we all enjoyed a meal of steak and our Seattle favorite--salmon!
Later that evening boats filled the lake outside our windows. They each were decorated with pretty lights and a choir sang the most beautiful songs. Quite a sight!
